Tournament Registration Procedures
1. Please return completed forms by the deadline date listed below
2. Ensure all information requested on forms is complete and accurate
3. Include a cheque for the registration fee with your form
4. Ensure that your cheque is made out to 'Calgary Judo Society'
5. Hand your completed registration form and cheque into the Tournament Registrar or place in the Tournament Entry Tray at the dojo before the deadline date
